We had a great stay at a centrally located hotel in Rome just off Piazza Navona. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and a quick hot water shower. The location was ideal for exploring the city and enjoying the vibrant nightlife. Despite being in a busy neighborhood, the room was well-insulated and quiet. The staff, including Marco at the reception, were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent amenities and great location.

Great location, central to attractions and plenty of dining and shopping options within walking distance. Clean, comfortable rooms with good air conditioning. Lift available for elderly guests. Friendly and eager staff. Silent and quiet rooms with well-insulated windows. Marble in the bathroom. Walking distance to most sightseeing spots.
Felt completely happy, no complaints whatsoever.

The breakfast options were continental and buffet, perfect for filling up before a day of exploring. The hotel even provided an airport pick-up service, so I felt like a true VIP. The safety features included a fire extinguisher, because you never know when you might need to put out a fire in your room, right?
Oh, the joy of inconsistent wifi! It was like a game of hide and seek, except the wifi was the one hiding and I was the one seeking a stable connection.

OMG, our stay was absolutely mind-blowing! The sister hotel was so cool, with an amazing room and the friendliest service ever from Marco. The location was super, surrounded by local cafes and shops, giving us a true flavor of the city. The room was bright, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The staff were always helpful with a smile, and the continental breakfast was a nice touch. They even arranged airport transfer for us. Couldn't have asked for more!

Nothing, no complaints at all.

The room was very comfortable with modern amenities, including a marble bathroom and comfortable beds. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was near many important tourist attractions. the street was filled with many authentic shops, coffee shops, bars, and restaurants.
The street was quite noisy, especially at nights, with restaurants and bars playing loud music until late hours. , the reception was located in a different building, making it inconvenient to check in and check out, especially with luggage.

I had an exceptional stay in this centrally located hotel. the location was ideal for exploring all the major attractions, with Piazza Navona just a stone's throw away. There were plenty of eating options nearby, with restaurants, bars, and cafes just off the main square. the room was cozy and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and a quick hot water shower. the staff were friendly and accommodating, from the receptionists who offered a warm welcome to the housekeeping staff who were always friendly and helpful. it was a great experience.
The inconsistent wifi, which often went in and out. Other than that, everything else was wonderful.

The location of this hotel is just amazing - in the very middle of good quality bars, restaurants, and bistros. It was perfect to have everything within walking distance from the hotel. The staff at the hotel was fantastic - they were friendly and always ready to help. The rooms in the main building were spacious and well appointed, with super modern and comfortable furnishings. the breakfast provided was of good quality.
That the music outside the hotel was so loud every night, making it difficult to sleep till 4 am.

The hotel offered a warm welcome upon check-in, with complimentary coffee and croissants. the staff were friendly, accommodating, and efficient. the hotel was spotlessly clean, and the room was fantastic, offering ample space and all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. the location was also ideal, with many famous landmarks nearby and a wide selection of bars and restaurants where you can experience the local cuisine and wine.
One downside is that the hotel is located on a busy street which can be noisy at night. Heavy traffic and noise-producing machinery can make for a less peaceful stay.
